The IIAR Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies (IIAR-JAIET) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by the International Institute of AI and Research (IIAR), Nigeria. The journal is dedicated to advancing knowledge in artificial intelligence and all emerging technologies reshaping society, industry, and governance.

IIAR-JAIET publishes original research across the following areas:

Publication Frequency

IIAR-JAIET is published quarterly — four issues per volume, one volume per year — in January, April, July, and October.

Peer Review Policy

All manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Both author and reviewer identities are kept confidential throughout. Review criteria include originality, scientific rigor, relevance, clarity, and contribution to the field.

Open Access Policy

IIAR-JAIET is a fully open-access journal. All content is freely available to readers worldwide without charge. Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full-text articles for any lawful purpose without prior permission, provided the source is acknowledged.

IIAR-JAIET is submitted for indexing in:

Copyright and Licensing

Copyright over all published articles is held by the International Institute of AI and Research (IIAR). Articles are distributed under open access terms — readers may circulate content in digital form without further permission, provided the source is acknowledged and content is not altered.

Article Processing Charge

There is no submission fee. An Article Processing Charge (APC) applies upon acceptance. Acceptance decisions are based solely on scholarly merit and originality.
