Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Research Articles

Original research papers presenting new findings in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, cybersecurity, blockchain, robotics, IoT, and all emerging technologies. Manuscripts must include an abstract, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion.

  • Word count: 4,000–8,000 words
  • Abstract: 150–250 words
  • Citation style: APA 7th Edition
  • Peer reviewed: Yes (double-blind)

Review Articles

Comprehensive and systematic reviews of current literature on AI and emerging technology topics. Review articles should synthesize existing knowledge, identify gaps, and propose future research directions.

  • Word count: 5,000–10,000 words
  • Abstract: 200–300 words
  • Minimum references: 40
  • Citation style: APA 7th Edition
  • Peer reviewed: Yes (double-blind)

Case Studies

Real-world applications and implementation studies of AI and emerging technologies in industry, governance, healthcare, education, or society. Case studies must clearly describe the problem, methodology, implementation, results, and lessons learned.

  • Word count: 3,000–6,000 words
  • Abstract: 150–250 words
  • Citation style: APA 7th Edition
  • Peer reviewed: Yes (double-blind)

Technical Reports

Technical documentation, system designs, benchmarks, algorithms, and applied engineering reports in AI and emerging technology domains. Reports must include sufficient technical detail for replication or validation by peers.

  • Word count: 3,000–7,000 words
  • Abstract: 150–250 words
  • Citation style: APA 7th Edition
  • Peer reviewed: Yes (double-blind)

Conference Papers

Extended and substantially revised versions of papers previously presented at recognized international or regional conferences in AI and emerging technology fields. Authors must disclose the original conference presentation. Extensions must contain at least 30% new content beyond the conference version.

  • Word count: 4,000–8,000 words
  • Abstract: 150–250 words
  • Citation style: APA 7th Edition
  • Peer reviewed: Yes (double-blind)

Editorials & Commentary

Opinion pieces, commentaries, and editorial perspectives on significant developments in artificial intelligence, technology policy, research ethics, and emerging technology trends. These are typically invited contributions but unsolicited submissions are welcome.

  • Word count: 800–2,000 words
  • Abstract: Not required
  • Citation style: APA 7th Edition
  • Peer reviewed: No (editorial review only)
